HVAC Control switchboardsWhen we have finished the design, we provide the software and control switchboards for the desired control system. In building HVAC control switchboards, we use a wide variety of brands, such as Johnson Controls, Siemens Synco controllers, Priva, Sauter, BRControls, Loytec, Honeywell, Saia-Burgess Controls and Siemens PX. We use EPLAN drawing software for electrical schematic diagrams. We subsequently test the switchboards before installation.
HVAC Control Switchboard CablingIf the client wishes, we will install routing and provide cabling for the ReMe Techniek HVAC control switchboards. We can also provide cabling for switchboards that have been designed by other companies.

Building Management SystemsIn the final stages, we test the control system before installing it on site and integrating it into your facility’s building management system. ReMe Techniek offers innovative systems for optimal management of the technology in buildings; buildings where people want to be and work under optimal indoor conditions. For this purpose, we use various brands of control equipment and software
We can also deliver all the equipment needed on site (control valves, sensors, etc.) from the same brands. The advantage here is that the full setup of the BMS can be contracted out to ReMe Techniek.
We can connect the entire setup to the ReMe Techniek automation system via a modem, thus ensuring the optimization of the system’s parameters during the warranty period. After completion of the project, ReMe Techniek is available 24/7 for advice or technical support, ensuring that any technical problem is handled swiftly and adequately.
Humidification and air conditioningOnce the BMS is up and running, we can take the optimization of building conditions one step further. In this process, indoor climate control and air quality control are essential. It is important that we implement the air volumes as initially designed to ensure that the HVAC equipment functions properly. This way we can prevent complaints about the indoor climate such as dry air or a draught.
ReMe Techniek adjusts air handling units (AHU) in accordance with ISSO publication 31, inspects air exhaust patterns, and inspects air handling units and smoke tests if and when needed. Recommendations for improvements are made accordingly. A report is drawn up in accordance with ISSO-31, including drawings, measuring results and recommendations. Installation units are set, where necessary, using the pre-set method (in theory).
ReMe Techniek also provides pump control services and flow rate adjustments of the pumping systems. All services are executed in accordance with ISSO publication 31 and with the aid of calibrated measuring equipment. A report is drawn up in accordance with ISSO-31, including drawings, measuring results and recommendations.
